The reality

The reality in Rehoboth

Many children in Rehoboth grow up in broken families. They are busy surviving instead of living. Every day it is uncertain whether they will have food at home.

Parents are often absent due to death, alcohol addiction, or simply do not have the means to provide their children with what they need.

What we do

Through various programs, we provide children and youth with the help they need to grow and develop.

Afterschool Care

Children receive daily guidance, a warm meal, and help with their homework.

Youth Work

Teen evenings and the Sunshine Club offer young people a safe place to grow.

Practical Help

Hostel places, food packages, and school supplies for children who need it most.

What I love most about Lighthouse is that I can help shape the lives of vulnerable children. It's fulfilling to plant a seed of hope. Your contributions really make a difference in the lives of children and youth here in Namibia.
